We operate on AWS cloud infrastructure and rely on standard cloud security capabilities and practical safeguards appropriate for our current size and stage.
We use encryption in transit and at rest as part of our baseline safeguards to reduce risk of unauthorized disclosure during transmission and storage.
We use access controls intended to limit production access to authorized personnel and to reduce unnecessary privilege where practical.
We maintain operational logging and monitoring to help with service reliability and to investigate potential security issues when identified.
We use backup and recovery measures intended to support restoration of systems and data where applicable.
If we become aware of a suspected security incident, we work to assess, contain, and remediate it in a commercially reasonable manner, including customer notification where required by law or contract.
We use third-party vendors and subprocessors to support service delivery and apply commercially reasonable diligence and contractual protections appropriate to our business.
Security is shared between Univrs and customers. Customers remain responsible for account configuration, identity provider controls, endpoint security, user lifecycle management, and lawful data use.
Univrs maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer data. Because no system is perfectly secure, this page is provided for general informational purposes and does not create additional contractual commitments except as expressly stated in the Agreement or DPA.
Questions about security can be sent to contact@univrs.ai.
